Do you need our help?

We're here for you.

If you're in an area that has been affected by a recent disaster, you might be aware of our presence in the area.  We sometimes set up base camps to better manage the volume of Requests for Assistance.  If you know we're in your area, please drop in and have a chat with the base coordinator.  If you're unsure if we're in your area right now, contact us directly, or complete the Request for Assistance form on this page.

We work with other relief agencies, community groups and not-for-profit organisations, as well as councils, so they may also know of our imminent arrival, or be able to advise you.

We also communicate with emergency services during times of disaster, so they're almost certain to know about our arrival.

Register a Request for Assistance (RFA)

If you require our attention and help, registering a Request for Assistance is easy, and takes just a couple of minutes.  Simply complete the following form and click "submit".

Please note, if you require assistance with a person/people or animals or livestock, please ensure you mention this on the registration so that we can prioritise your request.

If you are in immediate danger, please call 000 for assistance - we do not provide emergency services (police, fire or ambulance).
