New website and social pages launched

7 May 2025

We're pleased to advise that our new website and social pages have now been launched.

Our new website incorporates our growing trading and operational arms and has been designed to be a resource centre for our staff and volunteers also.

All of our socials now reflect, and are in sync with, our disaster.org.au web presence.  Not only is this an easy reference for all, but the new socials also incorporate all our operational arms/divisions under the one banner, rather than operating different media profiles.

We have maintained our private Facebook group for our valued volunteers.

Disaster Academy takes off
3 May 2025
Our new arm, Disaster Academy, has been launched and is being very well received by communities, volunteers and trainers.

Already, Disaster Academy has launched the new Resilience Brilliance engagement program. You can learn more about that on this website.

Grampians recovery camp closes

30 April 2025

The recovery camp that was operating at the Moyston Rec Reserve in Moyston, Grampians, has now closed.

We advise that our volunteers are now in the process of relocating to other camps to commence recovery work for other communities.

We thank all who helped us in The Grampians, and we wish the community well for the future.
